How We Executed the Campaign
We resolved critical Shopify-specific issues: duplicate content from collection and product URL variants, bloated faceted navigation URLs being indexed, slow page speeds caused by unoptimized apps, and missing structured data. Fixing these alone produced ranking improvements within 8 weeks.
We rewrote every collection page and top-50 product page with buyer-intent keyword targeting, persuasive copy, and rich schema markup (Product, Review, BreadcrumbList). Each page was built to rank and convert -- not just exist in the catalog.
We built a comprehensive blog hub targeting 80+ informational health and wellness queries with buying intent -- articles, comparison guides, ingredient breakdowns, and supplement stack guides. This top-of-funnel content funneled readers directly to product pages at scale.
We secured 110+ editorial backlinks from DR 50+ health publications, fitness blogs, and wellness media -- including feature placements, expert contribution roundups, and original research citations. Domain rating grew from 18 to 47 over the campaign period.
We structured key product and comparison pages to appear in AI-generated answers -- optimizing for Google AI Overviews and Perplexity responses for searches like "best protein powder for muscle gain" and "collagen supplements comparison." This drove a new layer of zero-click-to-click traffic.
